<p>Will taking other tests other than real CB help a substantial amount (particularly McGrawhill and PR)? Because I dont want to go through 10+ tests and end up not having an increase at all.</p>

<p>I’m not a 2300+, but I’m a 2270 in my first sitting, so that kind of counts.
I used McGraw Hill basically because it was the book used by the prep course I took. I think a lot of the information in it is pretty helpful, such as vocabulary and grammatical rules that I had never been taught. The practice tests seemed really accurate, but the scoring was quite a bit harder than on the actual test (I gained around 60 points per section on the actual test). Not sure if any other books are better, because this was the only one I used. Good Luck!</p>
<p>Princeton Review is decent. I wouldn’t put too much faith on Joe Bloggs method though. Just use for practice materials.</p>
