I don't know but for some reason I rather practice with the old test then move on to the Blue Book. I think it might be because I'm a little paranoid I will use up all my new practice sat tests weeks before I take it, in January. But before I do that I need to get opinions on whether they are actually helpful or not. So yeah anyone use the Real SATs and actually experienced improvement due to the old tests?

College board recycle old tests, that is they use questions from the old tests when they make up the new tests. From what I've heard from others, this year's january test is almost exactly the same as oct 05 test. So making sure you know all the questions on old sats may help you improve your mark. And the real tests are the only ones that 100% resemble the real thing. Making sure you can do well on the older ones does help a lot.

Yay. Although the best thing to practice with is Princeton review's 11 Practice tests.

Alright thanks for the replies guy..

PR tests aren't as accurate as the old tests. 1 of the questions from the old practice test was IDENTICAL to a real test question.
