Just wondering the climate at Saint Mary's for those of us who practice our Catholic faith in what some would call an "orthodox" manner. I'm not talking chapel veils and dresses to the ankles, I'm just talking about the atmosphere for someone who believes in the Magisterium and teaching of the Church 100%. What would you say is the percentage of professors that are faithful to the teachings of the Church? I really like the feel of Saint Mary's and the size of the school but I don't feel like having to bang my head against the wall battling professors just because I live my faith and the believe in the One True Church.

I hate to use these words "liberal and conservative" but where, in general, would you say the Sisters are on the scale of one to the other?

My brother goes to ND and he has managed well to find others who practice their faith and to take classes from professors that support the Church rather than try to tear it down. It is just that Saint Mary's is so much smaller and probably less opportunity to "shop around" for a professor.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
