Hi
I'm a rising international student who is interested in applying ED to Pratt. I recently got my ACT Scores and I got an 32 composite which is unfortunately outside of the 33-35 range for Pratt students. Does anyone know the ACT range for Pratt student during the early decision rounds? A lot of colleges report lower test scores in the early decision round so hopefully my test score won't immediately be discounted. I also sent in my SAT scores, which were abysmal, but I assume Pratt will look at my higher score (ACT).
My EC's are competitive but I've heard Pratt is very numbers orientated so I wanted to find out how my numbers staked up in the ED pool. So basically, does my 32 stand a shot in the ED pool?

Of course you stand a shot. Your ACT score doesn’t automatically rule you out of contention at any school :)

Thanks Although I understand that a test score can never automatically rule me out of being admitted due to the holistic process. I guess what I was really asking was “Is a 32 still considered competitive for Pratt ED?” given that early decision candidates normally have lower test scores. If not, would I just be better off applying Trinity?
