Pratt or Columbia SEAS

I'm trying to decide whether to go to Columbia SEAS or Duke engineering. I got into both schools for biomedical engineering, but I will probably switch to either electrical or mechanical. In addition, I'm more interested in engineering management than actual engineering, so I will probably eventually end up in Business school or go into iBanking for the money. Still, I want to end up as a very competent engineer, but leave many options open, such as medical school. Finally, there is a chance I will end up working in the Silicon Valley in California. So, do you guys have any suggestions?

Thanks.

EDIT: I got no financial aid anywhere, so they cost the same, and I live in California, so they are both very far away from my home.

A lot of engineers from Duke end up going in to ibanking or business. There is also a Masters in Engineering Management degree. What's cool about Duke is the engineers are looked up to by the rest of the school. When they find out you're in Pratt they'll say "wow you're an engineer? I could never do that. You must be really smart!"
