Pratt Portfolio for Film

<p>This is a very specific question, but would love it if someone can answer it. </p>

<p>I am planning to apply to Pratt Institute as a Film Major. I read that Art and Design majors need to submit a 15-20 piece portfolio. It also says that Film students can submit a purely Film portfolio, but would one student film be equivalent to 15-20 pieces of work? I don't have much more to submit, but I am just feeling shaky sending in only this? Did anyone go through the same process? Any input would be much appreciated.</p>

My son will be applying also and I read that the 15-20 pieces can be a mix of photography, drawings, etc. I think they would rather see that then multiple films, and if I’m not mistaken, they have a limit on the length of video footage.
