Did you complete high school in the US?

OOPs sorry did not realize you were wanting to transfer-for some reason I just saw that you wanted Duke.

No, I completed my high school in India. And yes I wish to transfer!

hey, I think Duke doesn’t offer financial aid to international transfer students. take a look at this:
http://admissions.duke.edu/images/uploads/process/Duke_Transfer_FAQ.pdf

They do. They have a merit scholarship. Please chance me

Why wouldn’t they look at your SAT score? Your chances of winning a merit scholarship are very slim unless the awards you’re referring to are major international awards (Google Science Fair, Intel ISEF etc.)

Do you currently attend Manipal? Did you score 98% on your board exams?

If you PM me about the international organization I might be able to provide a more accurate assessment.

I go to school in the US. My university is ranked top 30 in the world overall on an average. I don’t want to give out any more details than that.

That changes things. I thought you were studying at an Indian university. I think you have a decent shot of transferring from an American one.

Alright thanks! Any more opinions?

Just to clarify - I did my schooling in India but attend college in the US

From the linked FAQ:

“Unfortunately, there are no merit-based scholarships available to transfer applicants”

Alright! Thanks! I guess I won’t be applying then haha
