hello, iv been trying to find some pre 60s audition songs but cant find any i like any suggestions?

You may want to post your question on the musical theater major forum. This forum focuses more on programs and info on acting and straight theater, not musical theater. Also, you will need to provide a bit more info, like gender, vocal range, are you looking for a ballad or up tempo etc.

HowCool - You will probably find many more suggestions if you post this in the Musical Theatre forum.

I pulled this off the auditions section of the school my D attends:
"This is a “golden age” book musical so any composers from the 20’s through the early
60’s are acceptable. These can include: Gershwin, Porter, Rodgers (with either Hart or Hammerstein), Kern, Berlin, Lerner & Loewe, Bernstein, Weill, Adler & Ross, Wright & Forrest, Jule Styne, Frank Loesser just to name a few. "
I think that’s a pretty good list to get you started in terms of composers. Break a leg!
