Pre-Calc part 1 Senior year?

<p>I want to be a music teacher, and it would be kind of helpful to drop math my senior year so I could take more music classes, but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea.</p>

<p>I will only be going into Pre-Calc part 1, and I've heard that some colleges don't count it unless you take both, but I don't know if that's true. Should I bother taking it or just drop it?</p>

<p>What colleges are you looking at? Some require four years of math…</p>

<p>I guess I should have mentioned that. I’ve mostly been looking into Slippery Rock and Kent State because I need to stay close to home.</p>

<p>I just looked, neither one requires or even strongly suggests four years of math, you should be fine.</p>
