Pre-Haas Freshman Schedule...Doable?

UGBA 10
Korean 10BX
Social Psychology (Psychology 160)
Cultural Psychology (Psychology 166AC)

I'm planning on a Business/Interdisciplinary Studies Double Major.
Is this doable? Plus any advice?

Should be fine. My freshman year spring semester I took UGBA 10, a lower-div language class, and two upper-div breadth requirements. Schedule worked well because you have to write 3 end-of-term papers (for 3 language and breadth classes) without having to worry about a UGBA 10 final.

If you intend to double major, you may not have too much room in your schedule to choose courses that “inefficiently” cover requirements. Psychology 160 and 166AC both cover the same part of the 7-course breadth requirement, which is “inefficient” in terms of covering the maximum number of requirements with the fewest number of courses.

Have you already started taking courses needed for the interdisciplinary studies major such as the [world civilization](http://ugis.ls.berkeley.edu/isf/major.php?page=world_civilization&q=sub) courses and/or ISF 100A?

You may want to make up an 8 semester plan for your double major to see how much schedule space you have to take free electives that do not have to cover requirements “efficiently”.
