Pre-Law @ NYU

I've gotten the admissions officers' perspective on this, but to current students & prospectives, how do you feel about the pre-law track @ NYU?

Most people seem to extoll the virtues of Stern & Pre-Med. But I heard that NYU Law is considered one of the best law schools in the country (on par with Stanford, Columbia, etc), but how is the undergrad prep?

Yes, NYU Law is one of top law schools in the country.

There is no undergrad pre-law major at NYU, so I'm not sure how you define "undergrad prep". Basically, getting into a top law school will depend on your GPA and LSAT score. I do know NYU undergrad is always one of the top, if not top feeder into NYU Law School.

Consult the NYU pre-law dept. for more info on undergrad law school preparation:

The pre-law dept. also has great program called LAMP where undergrads can interact with top lawyers and NYU Law students:

Thanks for the info :)

I meant "undergrad prep" as in the track: advisory, LSAT prep, etc.
