Pre-Med Baruch Scholars-vs- Stony Brook University

<p>So, I need some input from you guys on which college I should attend to pursue a career in medicine (pediatrics). Up until Saturday, I was 100% going to SBU; I paid my deposit and everything. Then, I get a phone call saying I got admitted into the Baruch scholars program that offers free tuition and a MacBook. Plus, they have smaller class sizes and it's in the city, in the area where I originally wanted to be (NYU-ish). I think it's a great opportunity but Stony Brook has the reputation for being a competitive pre-med school. I don't know what to do. Baruch is definitely the financially wiser route. I wouldn't need a car/gas/insurance/tuition. Although, I do have a $5K external scholarship that I'm pretty sure could apply to either college.............. please help. I keep going back and forth in my head. Thanks.</p>
