<p>Is it true that Berkeley's pre-med (compared to other UC's such as ucla) are designed to weed out its students/is extremely competitive, which explains its higher acceptance rate? Any premed students out there that can verfiy this?</p>
<p>UCLA and Berkeley have, more the less, same grading curves for premed weeder classes.</p>
