Recently I found that MIT has released their premedical data including number of applicants to medical students and the average GPA and MCAT scores among them.

Is there anyway that I can find that information on the AAMC website for other schools because I wanted to compare BU, UMBC, and USciences for pre-med and I cannot find that information on their websites.

certainly not on AAMC. Unless the school itself releases it (and few do), you’re SOL.

^^No. Schools may list their own data on their website, but that data is not to be trusted because there is no single standardized way of reporting outcomes.

Do the number include alumni applicants or just graduating seniors?

Do the number include just MD applicants? MD and DO? MD, DO and ND? Podiatry? Optometry? Caribbean and other overseas medical schools?

Does the school screen applicants by requiring a minimum GPA/MCAT or other requirement in order to provide a committee letter?

…you will have to evaluate each UG committee’s practices as some simply will not let thru some potential applicants because they believe that they have a low chance of acceptance. I wonder how in world you will find these info without attending all of the schools that you are planning to investigate.
What I am trying to say…and maybe you have already see where I am gong with it, choosing the UG based on this statistics is not a good idea at all. Select the one that you personally feel fits you and do your best (at absolutely any, no exception). It is what YOU will do during the UG years, and not the name of the place will determine your future.
