i'm going down the pre-med track and was wondering what classes i should be taking my freshman year...

bump.......

For sciences, most premeds take either intro bio, chem, or organic chemistry their first year and their respective labs. You should also take some calculus (115, 116, 215, 216) depending on what you place into. Maybe English 124, 125 as well. Practically all freshman take Psych 111. I think that would be a good 1st semester schedule for a premed freshman.

Is it possible to route from College of Kinesiology (Movement Science BS) to qualify for med school? In other words, can the Kinesiology program lead into med school, like pre-med?

Of course. As long as you fulfill all the prerequisites for medical school, you're fine. Major plays an insignificant role in the admissions process.

Thanks. Sorry for that newb question. CC, you seem like a regular poster here; in fact, were you the one who said that the deadline for notification is today? I still have no word on my decision yet (sorry OP for going off-topic, but I'm a lil' anxious about this).
