To bring your cost down into the thirties near NY take a look at Hofstra, Drew, Quinnipiac. Possibly Fordham. In PA look at Muhlenberg and, Dickenson. Further from NY, you have more options, but I’m not very familiar with them. Don’t count out the SUNY and CUNY Schools. You can get a fantastic education at a very reasonable price. SUNY New Paltz has built a new science building. Its about an hour and 15 minutes from NYC.
OP - Sophia Davis (CUNY) will be your best bet for BS/MD. NYIT/DO is another option. A third option is SUNY Upstate’s Early Assurance program (you apply at end of your sophomore year) which gives in-state preference.

Washington & Jefferson in PA has one of the high proportions of students going on to med school (per the Fiske Guide) You should be eligible for some great merit with your stats. It’s a small school in a small town, but it might be worth a look.
