<p>I'm 21 years old and starting college late sure to financial instability..and I'm determined to become a surgeon. Im from Florida so my obvious choice for pre-med program is UM.
I did alright in high school, here are some of my stats:</p>

<p>I was wondering what my chances are of getting in and if maybe I should do two years of FAU first then transfer.</p>

<p>Thank you for your response! Just to clear up, do you think I should try to go straight to UM. Or would my chances of getting into the Pre-Med Program increase if I did 2 years at FAU?</p>
