I will be entering BU CAS this fall and was wondering what steps i can take to increase my chances of getting into the premed program. I have geared most of my classes towards the science spectrum of the courses ( bio, chem, ect…), but im still unsure what difficulty of courses i should take. Im sure all of you have heard the moto of taking the hardest classes possible in High SChool; does that apply in college too? Also, do you have to submit your High School transcipt in your application…Any other info would also be grealty appreciated. Thanks

Try asking this on the www. livejournal.com the section called BUnite where you are very likely to find current pre-med students.

If you are interested in being pre-med at BU you should have gone to the Pre-Med Perspectives at your orientation. If you've just decided to try it since your orientation, you're going to need to register for the Pre-Professional Advising. I don't have my paperwork out right now but it shouldn't be too hard to find information about it on the BU website.
