I was accepted at Carleton and was wondering, how good is Carleton in the sciences and feeding its premed to medical school?

Carleton is VERY strong in the sciences. This is one thing that really sets it apart from many of its peer LACs. I don't know any specific med school admission statistics, but I do know a lot of students who are pre med.

I just checked the admissions website for the statistics, and this is what it said:
"70% of Carleton alumni who apply to medical school and maintained a grade point average of 3.0 or higher while at Carleton are accepted; the national acceptance rate is 40%. "

Thank you, that helps. And are the grading curves rough or is it mangeable to get a 3.7+, obviously working hard.
