I have submitted my commitment deposit, signed up for orientation, and am currently in the process of completing the pre-orientation homework.

I am a Communication major and would not consider myself to be a math person. I understand it is not required for me to take the mathematics placement test as my major has no math requirement however, it is a good idea to take it any way? Or would I simply be wasting my time?

so i assume you guys all already rsvp’d for an orientation session?

I was trying to do that today, and then was faced with the five checkmarks asking if i commited seven days ago, received an email saying i can now register, and have made the USCnet id, etc.

Did you guys all get the email saying you can now register for orientation? did you guys set up your USCnet id (i guess the email) ?

i havent got any of this yet, but did pay more than seven days ago.

WEARESC,
if you plan on doing a minor in something that requires math (ie- business), then yeah, you’d have to take it eventually. so its up to you.
