Pre-Orientation homework

Hi!

I was accepted as a transfer student to USC for Spring 2011.
I signed up for orientation and was assigned the Pre orientation homework.

I have a few questions regarding this.

For one of the steps (step #13), it says to "Complete the Web Registration Tutorial". I followed the steps and when I sign into myUSC, click on the registration link, and then the tutorial link, the page only has two videos explaining how to register for classes. I viewed them both, but I do not understand how to "complete" the tutorial. Is viewing the two videos all I have to do?

Also, do I need to take the math placement test? I have taken 4 quarters of calculus but I am business major.

Thank you.

Most of the pre-orientation homework you just click “completed” or whatever to get the checkmark. It is on the honor system :)

Webreg is extremely easy to use though.

Thank you,
I have another question.
For step #9, Understanding your financial package, it takes me to a link called EDTE$T.
I put California as the state, but for school USC is not listed, so I put Other.
Then I am redirected to take a financial literacy test. Here it requires me to put my SSN and my DOB. Do I need to do that, or is taking the practice test enough? (I am not receiving financial aid). Thanks!

Should be able to just click through it in that case.

Sorry can you clarify what you mean?
