My high school junior will be visiting MIT and his brother (east campus) next week. He needs something to do on Friday evening, March 10th. He won't need feeding (well . . . not unless it's been more than 60 minutes since he last ate) and won't need a place to sleep - all he needs is something to do for several hours.

I had already checked the calendar before I posted and he didn't like that movie the first time he saw it! However, the atmosphere at MIT might make it much better.

Have you talked to S#1? Maybe he could assign little brother to one of his friends who is planning to just hang out at East Campus for the evening. Seems like there are clusters of kids in the lounges playing computer games or whatnot most of the time. That would give S#2 more of an idea of what it would be like to be a student at MIT than if he did a more touristy thing.
