<p>Ok, right now, it seems to me like you really need to send in these scores before Jan. 1st. That is your best option. Your ACT sould go up a few points at most, and 31 is not bad. Right now, take a step back and think, what if you wait on these scores and Jan. 1st passes, and you find out that you made a 31. I say, send in what you have and hope for the best!</p>
