<p>You have the right stats for it, but your EC’s are rather bland. You have a good chance but, Cornell is a reach for everyone, including you. </p>

<p>The Math II may be your downfall, however the essay may pull you in. If you have a valid plan that can make some money in the future, colleges want you. I would make this apparent in your other essays to other schools to mask your math ii scores (engineering majors usually have 780+ especially at these elite schools). President of NHS is nice too, I’d say it seems realistic for you to get in. Good luck though!</p>

<p>SAT 2 Math 2 really hurts, especially since your ACT math score isnt great. Otherwise, your scores/grades are great! I’d say it depends on your essays, but ^ is right, no leadership roles will hurt a lot.</p>

<p>Your math scores are low for engineering. How can you explain your Math II and math ACT scores?</p>
