Don't let this die.

i say math leninet
cr harsh
writing harsh

math should be lenient
CR...plz? for me?
Writing...harsh...

*** why is reading harsh MATH IS SO EASY

well..4 math..ets made a mistake on the angel bisector one
and that sheet one about equilateral triangels..the answers were confusing. not to mention the fact that there were more function questions than past tests...so i am hoping that
-1 math 800?
-3 cr- 800?
-2 writing- 800?

I Hope Its -3 Cr 800 Please

dude that bisector one had me ****ed. I ran out of time because i seriously thoght I was reading it incorrectly and getting contradictious information

angle bisector just gave more info than needed. The thing worked if u used the first and second piece of data or the second and third. They did not make mistake imo

well..if u used the third piece of info..and u will realize the answer doesn't make sense..cause the angles do not fit each other

-3 CR for 800?!

could that really be possible????

that would AMAZING

i HOPE IT IS+.='''...any other opinion on the curve?

and judging from current arguments..it might very well be..

Wait so I'm confused, is the CR curve harsher than math? Because I always thought math was easier than CR... But then a lot of people seem to feel like CR is easier.

search the forum for the Oct 06 test. You will see that -3 on CR is an 800

when a curve is harsh, that means that the test was easy and mistakes cause the scaled score to plummet rapidly.

on may sat, math was reasonably tough, so the curve might go easier on us like -1 = 800?

can someone clarify if the two statements above make sense?

true dat homie

ok now that i have gotten that straightened out...i think that for may sat..

M: easy -1 = 800
CR: -1 = 800 -2 = 790 - 3 = 770
W: 12 essay and 4 wrong = 770?? 11 essay and 3 wrong = 770??

The CR curve will probably be:

67 800
66 800
65 800
64 780
63 760

Note that 3 wrong on the CR section actually gives one a raw score of 63 (760), since an additional 3/4 of a point is deducted for the 3 wrong. Once can only achieve a raw score of 64 by having at least one of the three questions omitted.

The Math curve might be:

54 800
53 800
52 780
51 760
50 740

And the Writing MC subscore curve might be:

49 80
48 80
47 79
46 76
45 74

that looks good

What do u think a 60 raw score on CR wood get, godot

I would guess a 720.

it the point drop per question for math and cr always 20? is it ever 10?
