lol skateboarder, I’ve gotten so many infractions around here it’s not even funny anymore. They dish 'em out like candy.

if i get banned from college confidential I am going to laugh myself into a coma

trying to do this extrapolating reminds me of this:
[xkcd - A Webcomic - Extrapolating](xkcd: Extrapolating)

I agree with the earlier poster who pointed out that at some point being too selective will work against any school. I don’t know anyone who got into Harvard this year, and I’m thinking of a group of kids that saw 3 acceptances to Yale and 1 to Stanford, (no one applied to Princeton). If Harvard gets a reputation for being too hard to get into then people will stop applying.

mj, that’s hilarious. I love xkcd.

hmmm
after a couple hours of intense statistics research and number crunching I have come out with my answer…
next year

All of the ivies have dramatically stepped up international recruiting in the past few years. They employ enrollment managers. They have long known this would be necessary to maintain selectivity.

year 2345.

and none of you can ever prove me wrong.

i’m gonna find a way to live to the year 2345 so i can prove you wrong

Well… when Harvard’s endowment continues to fall at this rate, they’ll be accepting only 200 students per year. :)
