<p>Not necessarily. Yes, an A- is, unfortunately, just not quite a solid A. However, you could look at it the other way, and realize an A- is close numerically to B+, but still looks way better than a B-range grade. </p>
<p>A- grades can suck, but you have to be gratefully that even if there's a minus at the end, there's not a B at the front, even if it came pretty close.</p>
