Predictions for the CALC BC FRQ!

...Anyone have ideas?

I'm thinking a particle problem, and Euler's method for sure as well as Area and Volume.

Definitely something with Taylor/Maclaurin Polynomials.

Positive about that? Btw, what are you doing to prepare for the exam? Or are you even preparing?

1 taylor, including Lagrange error
1 volume/area question
1 parametric question
1 rate of change question
1 differential quation
1 derivative question
I don't know, I guess these will be on it, cuz it's on BC exam for so many years. They are the same, just different in questions.

I'm 99% positive there will be something about Taylor/Maclaurin (or just series in general). I'm probably not going to review tonight because I've been learning the material this past month (I took an AB course), so it's all very fresh in my mind.

Hmm, unfortunately slope fields have been on there the past 3 years, but here's to slope field '06!

Non-calculator:
1. Slope Field
2. Particle Motion
3. MacLaurin Series'

Calculator:
4. Area & Volume
5. Position, Velocity, Acceleration with Vectors
6. Logistic Growth from a Differential Equation

^^ that's close to what my teacher said

except the logistic growth one, i think we will prob. get a slope field/polar problem cuz they haven't had those for a few years

(BUMP)

Slope field was on last year's exam.

Ohh, I WOULD LOVE logistic growth.

I think there was polar on last year's exam so it won't be on this year's.

lol nvm wut i said then :)

ahh logistics and series are killers...

...

ok maybe not that bad

good luck everyone! :)

I hate series. :(:(

We took an AB old exam...I got 35/45 correct, while getting 10 wrong (we weren't allowed to skip in this one).

Took a BC mult choice old exam...got a 22/45 cringe This one we were allowed to skip. On top of that I got 11 wrong. Ugh, I'm doomed!

As long as the free response isn't on Taylor / Maclaurin polynomials, polar functions, and logistic growth i'm cool with it.

I'm going to die either/any way.

:|

die

it's sad that i know taylor series, but not geometric... :(

hoping for anything polar curves, pos/vel/acc, geometric series stuff.
Basically anything except for Taylor series, havent really looked over that yet, but theres still 2 hrs.

Oh two hrs before you take the test?

I like to sleep!

I don't think I will study.
Maybe brush up on taylor/maclaurin/power series.
All the ones I omitted were those types.

im hoping theres no logistics
