Prefreshman Program

Can someone tell me some details about this program?

Specifically where you will be staying, what you need to pack with you, daily life?

No clue. Do you have to go? I have to, lol.

lol yeah i do. are you also from nyc (H/EOP)?

No :l. I love in Florida …

what college have you been accepted to?
i’ve been accepted to the college of engineering.

IRL. I think it’s because of my low SAT’s scores.

There’s no way that they are forcing people to go “because of their low SAT scores.” Now that you’ve been admitted to Cornell, no one there gives a damn about your SAT scores, or any of your HS achievements. They treat all admits equally from acceptance onward.

Those from H/EOP are required to go.
However, they have another batch of applicants who they offer an invitation to. Not sure if it’s required though.

It says on my letter that my offer of admission is made with the condition that I attend the prefreshmen program. And I’m not in that EOP program.

Oh. Then it’s required for you Shaun. But don’t look down on it, I’ve heard that it was an amazing experience xP
Guess we’ll see for ourselves if you do choose to attend Cornell :3

Yeah. It is what it is. And yeah I’m going. I’m sure there are others like me who got this same condition.
