Sigh...I've gained 25 pounds in the last 3.5 months, most of it probably since I stopped running after school started...any advice before I have to buy a new wardrobe?

Umm....start running again?

Huh...that's weird; I usually lose weight once school starts because of stress/too much homework. Not to mention I don't eat breakfast nor lunch during the school year. I gain all my weight back in the summer because I can actually eat more than one meal a day.

Definately work in exercise into your schedule! Try taking a 20 minute jog, BEFORE school. It will not only wake you up but give you energy for the whole day. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner but remember to always include nutritous foods (fruits in the morning, veggies, whole wheat bread, lean protein, etc.). Give your body what it deserves :)

O.O I dont think just not running could cause THAT much of a weight gain so fast.

I know that when school starts for me, I'm much more prone to emotional overeating. Get some healthy snacks and try to avoid the junk, no matter how ****ty your day was.

Are you sitting around all the time? I agree with the above, start running again even if only for a short time.

But also try not to snack a lot if you are, eat healthy foods, go out with friends! Choose the water over the soda, etc.

Good luck. ^^

so I'm back doing track through it's a drag on my schedule,
seeing that I decided to be proactive...no pun intended...

Thanks for the advie. :-)
