I've already sent Pomona my ACT scores. However I just found out they have a preliminary application. This is less than 6 days before the deadline. What do I do?

I would advise sending it now. The preliminary application is optional, although strongly recommended, according to the school’s website.

If you’ve already sent them the application and supplement, then there’s no need; the preliminary application is used to start your file with them, basically. (I’m a high school senior, and my interviewer told me this.)
Otherwise, I’d go and send it as soon as possible, then follow up with the other forms. It shows them you’ve bothered to read their website (since most schools, unlike Pomona, don’t have any extra directions outside of the Common Application). There’s also a required school form that your counselor needs to fill out along with a signature and optional photo page to mail, but a lot of people overlook this since it’s not part of the Common Application; they’re used to people sending those forms in late and will accept them late (I think - there’s a thread about that [here](Pomona Supplemental School Report - Pomona College - College Confidential Forums)).
Best of luck.
