Premed as a junior?

I originally went into school thinking I wanted to do pre-med and also health policy/economics. I wavered on my plans and dropped chem, then did a semester abroad doing global health policy work. Now, I have about 4 bio courses under my belt and some hospital volunteer work and a few other extracurriculars... but I am beginning to feel regret for not staying on the pre-med track.

As a junior in an expensive private school that won't let me do an extra year without special permission, I am beginning to feel like it is too late. How will I cram in 3 semesters of foreign language and other undergrad requirements with 2 sem chem, 2 sem organic, 2 of physics and one calc while maintaining a high GPA? Chemistry is not my strength, so I don't feel comfortable doubling up with the tougher courses. I also don't want to pour money into one of the post-bacc pre-med programs (the ones I've looked at are insanely expensive!)

Anyone else in a similar situation who can offer advice? Any feasible way to figure out pre-med under these circumstances/actually have a job before I'm 35?

The usual approach is to do a post-bacc. Searching should have some good options.
