Premed at Brown?

Hopefully a current premed can answer this question if possible.

Are there weed-out classes? If so, are they extremely oppressive and not taught very well or challenging but still fulfilling?

In general: is there a suffocating academic, competitive atmosphere? How hard do you feel classes are?

And while I’m at it, are students REALLY (as in truly, actually) happy? Is there no facade?

Bruno,

when I saw you were the most recent post on here before I clicked on it I knew you had to be linking to mine :)

When I first saw the title though my first thoughts were to lambast the OP for the obvious lack of search function use.

Thanks for the link bruno14.

Definitely one of the best schools for premed.
