<p>From what I've been seeing, there doesn't seem to be much of a premed undergrad population at UCB. Is this true, or am I just completely overlooking something? (if true, would applying as a premed major be a disadvantage in terms of educational quality?)</p>
<p>Oh, there is a very large premed undergraduate population at Berkeley. </p>
<p>I would advise any Berkeley premed to carefully look at the following data. Pay careful attention to the kinds of GPA's and MCAT scores you will need to get admitted to med-school coming out of Berkeley, and the admissions percentages. </p>
