Premed gap

So I want to study abroad my junior year but am worried about my core classes for my pre med track. There is no way that I could finish them all before junior year because I'm double majoring and have to take care of other classes. Would it be bad if I were to not study any sciences while abroad and then just continue taking them my senior? Would it be likely that I would forget the material by senior year?

How about if you just take one semester abroad instead of a whole year? Then you will be more likely to not forget the material AND graduate on time.

Is there a way you could take them while abroad?

Well I want to go for a full year in order to get the experience because a lot of people that I have talked to who did a semester said that they regret not going for a whole year. And no, the pre med series must be taken at a school in the u.s. "/

Would you rather have the full year abroad and reduce your changes of getting into medical school? Unless you have a VERY high GPA at a top school, you are definitely increasing your risk by taking the full year abroad. What about taking a semester and a summer somewhere abroad (if you can afford the $$)? That gives you a longer time abroad without missing as much of your pre-med curriculum. It will require more work on your part, as it is likely you may need to arrange your summer separately than your semester (there may be a few, but most programs are not set up over that timeframe).
