Hi everyone! I am trying to decide between three colleges and was hoping for some advice.
UT Austin- Human Ecology Honors (My major has to be Human Development and Family Sciences; I’m not really sure what this program is…does anyone know about it?)
UT Dallas-Full ride scholarship + Collegium V Honors
From these, which would provide me with the most opportunities for research, medical experience, etc.? Is it easier to keep a higher GPA at one of these over the others? I’ve heard that UT Austin is very competitive and that it is harder to keep a high GPA, but then it also has good rankings/status. I haven’t heard too many great things about the UT Dallas “college environment,” but if going there means better chances of getting into medical school, I’m all for it (especially because of the scholarship) But, if my chances of getting into medical school from there are almost similar from UT Austin, I would rather go to a better-known school.
