<p>W&M has a pretty extensive pre-med program; it just doesn't offer a pre-med major. In other words, you take all the required pre-med classes but major in what you want. There is a dedicated advisor and a fairly structured curriculum that satisfies the requirements of just about every medical school in the country (the requirments tend to be uniform). Most students hoping to attend medical school major in the biological sciences. Neuroscience tends to be a popular major because its requirements mirror those of medical schools.</p>

<p>yea... there's technically no "premed" major, but you can major in one of the sciences and take the other necessary classes. There are lots of people who go to Med School from WM</p>
<p>Every top school is good for "pre-med".</p>
