<p>Well there isn't a major called pre-med. You just choose whichever major and then take the required classes for med school (chem,phys,bio,orgo,biochem,etc). A large percentage of those doing Bioengineering BAS, biology and BBB are pre-meds. Students have a very succesful acceptance rate into med schools, especially since Penn Med school (ranked #4 I believe?) takes many of its undergrads.</p>
<p>Does Penn offer a seven-year program that culminates in an M.D like some universities do?</p>
<p>icyhot...penn doesn't offer such a program, but i do think they have a 7 year biodental program</p>
