<p>I read about that on the Jolt! That's a lot of bandwith for one student. That shouldn't be allowed; they should put a limit on the amount you can download or send. I have heard stories of IT going to help after hours in order for a student to get her paper written. That's service, and worth the extra money to me.</p>
