How much harder are the prep book tests than the real thing? I did a math IIC test in the Barron's and scored a 690 and a Chem in PR and scored 700. Are these good enough such that I can 800 the real thing? I'm taking them in June

690 on Barron’s is great.
try to get 750+ on Barron’s and you’ll have a guaranteed 800 on the real thing unless you somehow screw up.

The problem is that alot of those logs questions I can’t do. (I’m not good with logs :(). Do they show up alot on the real thing? If so I’ll have to re-learn logs from the bottom up!

Yes they do.
