Hello CC,
So I was a part of the December 4th SAT test taking group. This was the first time I'd taken the SAT, so I have no idea how my scores will actually turn out. I took this test from CB the week before: Free SAT Practice Test - Prepare for the SAT and scored anywhere from 1950 to 2000 (depending on my essay score). I believe this is a real SAT, not sure. I have no idea where my real score will fall. On the real test, I answered every question (only guessed on two, and I had eliminated at least one option), I had a full two page essay (used all but one line with four examples), and could positively identify every mistake on the writing section, so I'm counting on scoring around 740 in writing. However, I'm still not sure how good of a standard this practice test actually is.
At any rate, what I'm wondering is if I should take the test again to boost my scores (either in January or March). This will work for me, since I'm not applying for College until September. I have not sent my score to any colleges, and I obviously don't know what my score is yet.
One small problem, however: I've used up all the Blue Book prep tests. So if I wanted to take the test again, what would be my next best option as far as getting a lot of practice tests and good ones that reflect what the real SAT is like? I don't really need a guide or a tip book, since I already know how to do everything on the SAT. I just want accurate practice tests, in fact, if they are a tad harder that's fine (as long as there is no ambiguity).
Let me know. Thanks!
