Ive just revised from Sparknotes and the official collegeboard book…
Maybe thats why I cant score more than 730…

It would also be nice if you recommend a prep book for World History.

AMSCO and Crash Course are all you need. Have you taken AP/USH already? It’s best to wait until the end of the year to take it, either in May (which is about a week before the AP) or in June. If you’re already in AP, don’t bother getting additional SAT books to study if you already have AMSCO and Crash Course.

I agree with neekzg, but I, quite contradictory to neezkg’s post, own Kaplan SAT Subject Test: U.S. History (2010-2011) since it was highly recommended. I do suggest getting AMSCO for the AP test & the subject test, though. I haven’t taken the AP exam or the subject test yet but it’s extremely helpful!

For world history, I used PR (APWH) and did miserably on the subject test… but I received a 5 on the exam. ?!
Anyway, I purchased Barron’s, the SAT subject test version, to study before retaking.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn’t realize that you already owned AMSCO & Crash Course! I have both as well :)
