<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>The admission process starts off in September/October.Applications are
invited through advertisements.Those applicants are short-listed based
on their eligibility and would be called for written test and
interview.</p>
<p>Eligibility criteria:</p>
<p>For the full-time programme, the eligibility criteria are the following:</p>

have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor's Degree programme after twelve
years of formal schooling in any of the following disciplines. The
minimum requisite percentage of marks in different disciplines is as
follows:
Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences- 50%
Sciences- 55%
Mathematics or Statistics- 60%
Medicine, Engineering or Technology- 60%/ CGPA of at least 6 on a scale of 10
OR
Post Graduate Degree or Second Degree examination after 10+2+3scheme, securing at least 60%marks.

<p>Relaxation in the minimum eligibility will be allowed only to
candidates of the following categories (SC/ST/OBC/PH/CW).As per the
existing University Rules, the candidates belonging to PH/CW are
eligible for a relaxation of 5 per cent marks in the minimum eligibility
requirements. SC/ST candidates should have qualifying marks in
graduation degree. The candidates belonging to OBC category are eligible
for relaxation in the minimum eligibility to the extent of 10% of the
minimum eligibility marks/qualifying marks prescribed for general
category. For reservation of other categories, University of Delhi rules
are applicable.</p>
<p>Note: Candidates in the final year of Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate
Degree programme are eligible to apply and appear in the Test,
irrespective of their percentage of scores obtained so far, as long as
they expect to fulfill the eligibility criteria when their results are
declared. (The candidates will have to provide their final result before
1st October 2012).</p>
<p>For the academic year 2012,
Admission to M.B.A. (Full-Time) and Ph.D. Programmes will be based on
personal interview, group discussion and CAT-2011 score (Common
Admission Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management during
October 22, 2011 to November 18, 2011).</p>
