Preparation help

Hi.
I took the ACT for the first time this past summer, and I am now a junior. I scored a 24 on the test, which isn't good enough for me. It's fine if I want to attend a local university, but I'd like to get a full ride to my state's flagship uni. I live in Oklahoma, and would like to attend OU. Anyway, on to the point.

I am absolutely terrible at math & more advanced science, especially when it comes to physics & chemistry. However, as I saw this past summer, it seems the science section focuses more on logic & reasoning skills. Correct me if I am wrong.

I really want to brush up on my math skills, but am not sure where to start. I do online school, so I don't have a structured math class with a teacher.

My brother is a junior in college, and he's great at math. He offered to help me, but he of course isn't a trained teacher, so I dunno how good of a teacher he would be, nor do we know which concepts we'd need to cover.

These are my scores from this past summer.

If I could get some advice on being more prepared, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.
Note: I am registered for the October ACT.

Since you want to brush up on your math skills. get a math review book. get barrons math. its pretty good. it reviews all the concepts. Also, sparknotes is pretty good…it reviews all basic concepts. after that take a practice tests in the real act guide. After doing so, review all the questions that you got right and wrong. understand each question. If you want to increase english, I recommend going online to sparknotes ACT and reading all the rules for english. I raised my score significantly by doing this. For reading, just do practice tests, same for scince. science i really don’t know.
