Preparations for getting into MIT

I'm around 16 years old right now, and I've been thinking about college. I'm from India natively, and live in Doha, Qatar, with my parents. I'm in grade 11. While there are branches of a few US universities and indigenous universities here, I'm thinking of studying abroad.

I'm interested in computer science, math and physics. After hearing from friends and family that MIT was a 'good college' (I actually already heard of it many times before, Richard Stallman was there, the MIT license, MIT OpenCourseWare (taught me a lot of stuff, thanks :-) ) ), I decided to check it out.

I've been 'into' computer programming and physics since quite a lot of time. I've worked on computer games, and on open source libraries (like BtOgre) (mostly, again, computer game related) which many people use now (even for university projects. :-) ). You can see a list of the projects I've worked on at my website: Projects. I've been into the open source community for a long time, helping people, getting help, stuff like that. I also play the Indian Tabla (a percussion instrument) and I have a 'Second Year Senior Diploma' in that from a music school. I have a brown belt in karate too. :-)

On the academics side, I get fine grades in school (usually among top 10 in class), and I've also participated in a few competitive exams with good results. I don't have the exact details with me right now, I'm in India on vacation. Meeting relatives. :-)

Now that's enough boring talk about me, I'm gonna come to the question I want to ask:-

Where do I go from here? What should I do next, if I want to get into MIT? I've already begun preparing for the SAT, is there anything else I can do? I still have another year after this one in school, I hope I have enough time.

Sorry if I said something wrong, I'm very inexperienced when it comes to higher education, especially in the US.

Thanks a lot for reading! I hope I haven't taken too much of your time!
