Preparing for AP exams next year... Best method?

I'm taking AP Bio, APES, and Chemistry Honors next year. I'm wondering what I can do to prepare for next year. Can I just read the review books for AP Bio and APES since they are just mostly memorization?

Btw, I have a very old chemistry text book and I'm not sure if I should stick with it or buy a new edition (worth quite a lot). Will I have to take chemistry again in college if I don't take the AP exam? Should I take chemistry again in college? How do you find out wether or not you'll be exempt from chemistry?

There should be something about what APs colleges accept on their website. Look for them. And also, you could proabably ask a teacher at your school to borrow a new version.

........your sad... seriously.. ENJOY YOUR FREAKEN SUMMER!

Best advice I've got?

Enjoy your summer. Seriously. This is your time away from school and, unless you truly love the material, don't spend your time studying and preparing for tests that won't happen for another year. You'll learn everything you need to learn once school starts up again, and anything you memorize now will probably be long forgotten by the time next May rolls around.

I'm going to start learning AP Chem over the summer. I have to learn the first three chapters over the summer assigned by the teacher but I'm going to go past that since our teacher is terrible. I also have to study for SAT I and three subject tests. Yay.
