I'm a senior going to university of illinois at urbana-champaign for electrical engineering in the fall. I know that it's a hard program, especially when trying to adapt to the workload freshman year. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can prepare this summer before I start next year? I like self-studying math and science, any particularly effective books I could read? Any old ways of high school math/science thinking that I should start veering away from? Thanks!

Relax over the summer. Pretty soon you won’t have summers off anymore. Enjoy it while you can. Developing good habits (or at least avoiding the bad ones) when you actually start the program is much more important and effective than anything you may do over the summer.
