There has been some really helpful threads in the past about how to get ready for an interview, and some of the possible questions that you could ask them.

Could anyone point me in the direction to one of those threads, as I can't seem to find them, or could someone tell me what I should wear (guy), some possible questions, and overall stuff.

My son has been on 2 interviews for small LACs to date. On both interviews, he wore what he would be wearing on campus: jeans, polo and flip-flops. While sitting in the reception area, we had the opportunity to view what other students wore for their interviews or tours... pretty much the same. As far as the interviews themselves, the person conducting them met with my son for about 15-20 minutes. My son had provided both with his resume, in addition to the questionaire they'd had him fill out. The resume was a good idea because both interviewers pulled information from it and they discussed my son's interests and the direction he might like to go in. After that, my husband & I joined them for an additional 10-15 minutes. At both interviews, we were told he was a strong candidate, told why the school was so wonderful for our son, discussed the different programs offered, etc. In both cases, it was a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere for all involved.

The bottom line is to know yourself and BE yourself... then convey who you are to them... you'll be fine!

Any help would be most appreciated. My interview is on Friday, and it'd be really helpful to see a list of possible questions that I could ask the interviwer.

You could ask questions about the departments you're interested in... what kind of equipment they have... If you've taken AP courses, what scores will count towards credit for their classes... What the dorm situation is.... About computers they recommend or provide and if they provide a computer tech service to fix them... What kinds of clubs they have and how active some that you're interested in are... About laundry facilities (some are free.. some are not)... What rules are for having a car on campus... Internships... Travel abroad... Amount of courses typically taken each semester... Language requirements... Do they have certain Freshman courses (some have certain writing courses all freshman must take...

My advice is to jot down a couple questions you feel are most important to have answered...Then, I'd imagine, you will have more spontaneous ones in the course of your conversation with the interviewer.
