Preparing to take the ACT for the first time.

Hey everyone, I’m going to be taking the ACT next April for my first time as a sophomore, and I was wondering what are the best ways to study? I have already been going subject to subject on the math section to make sure that I understand how to solve every type of problem, but I’m unsure how to create the same structure of study for the English and Science sections.

How did you guys study, and what is the “best” way in your opinion to study for every aspect of the ACT. Thanks!

Take practice tests (you can check a book out of the library for this) so that you become familiar with the types of questions and also to see if you can finish in the time allowed. Look at the questions you miss to determine your weak areas that may need further study.
