Miami of Ohio perhaps. If the OP shares a bit more of stats, people can make more targeted suggestions.
I agree, @Midwestmomofboys , Denison is much more diverse than it used to be and more than those you listed. As is Duke. And Williams. And even Trinity has been working hard at this. All have a preppy element, though. I didnât think OP was looking for homogeneous as much as a place where there was a strong preppy element. And Greek life (which eliminated many of the really preppy schools that immediately came to mind.) But if itâs one-note he/she wants, many of the schools mentioned above wonât fit the bill, including Denison. Is your son in a frat and how big is Greek life in the overall social scene?
Btw, most of the kids I would define as preppy do not identify as Republicans (even the VV wearing, lax playing ones) so I would not include that in my definition. But that may be a Northeastern bias which others, including OP, may not share.
@MYOS1634 i have looked into USanDiego but theres just something that i dont like about it. Surprsisingly i am starting to really like Chapman even though its not very preppy.
Look at LMU LA, preppier than Chapman.
Lehigh for sure.
You donât have to be in a Greek organization to find an active social life at any of the SEC schools, including Ole Miss or LSU. The schools are big enough that there are lots of different social outlets.
Most of the schools discussed are unfortunately out of the OPâS range. MYOS1634 has a helpful list to consider, to which I might add High Point in NC. Otherwise, try to get that gpa over 3.0 and maybe the ACT is worth a try instead.
